As Executive Director of 7000 Languages, I had the pleasure of working with Hack4Impact UIUC on the development of a mobile application for our organization. This breakthrough mobile application will be the first of its kind, helping speakers of endangered languages create language learning materials using only their mobile phone. The impact of this project allows our organization to serve more communities, better meet our partner’s needs, and empower individuals to revitalize their endangered languages.

From start to finish, the Hack4Impact team was extremely professional and dedicated to ensuring that the final product met our expectations. They were responsive to our needs and provided valuable insights and suggestions throughout the process. They asked thoughtful questions and made excellent suggestions for us on how to prioritize and customize the features of our project.
